Key Responsibilities
- Promote and actively sell [Company] services in accordance with our business plan.
- Develop and follow up on sales leads and prospect for new customers.
- Monitor, maintain and service existing customers.
- Ensure that our sales budget and targets are attained.
- Assist in development, formulation and implementation of our sales plan and budget/targets.
- Collate information pertaining to current development and trends on trade, commodities, customers and competition.
- Assist in the studies and analysis of projects which may be undertaken by [Company]
- Perform sales reporting.
- Ensure quality service which is in line with our policy on "defect free" quality service level: Doing things right the first time.
- Perform any other duties, from time to time, as may be assigned by the [Company] Sales Manager.
Person Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales & marketing experience with a forwarding or logistics-related background
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent interpersonal skills
