We are currently in need of experienced offshore Production Operation Technicians for an ongoing role.
Based in [Location] with crew change out of [Location], these positions will be based on an offshore production platform. Period of assignment at this stage will be through to May 2010. A 3/3/3/6 week rotation will be in place.
Experience and Qualifications:
· A minimum of 5 years in an operation or maintenance role in the oil & gas production/processing industry, preferably offshore
· Current HUET Ticket
· Current MSIC
· Knowledge of DCS and ESD systems
· Certificate II to IV in Process Plant Technology
· Ability to read and understand P&ID's and PFD's
· Experience of working in a team environment
· Experience with the use of a computerised maintenance management system
· Strong technical knowledge of Gas freeing operations, Permit to Work and Confined Space entry
· Package
· An attractive day rate will be offered
