Role Summary/Purpose
He/She shall lead a diverse team working across O&G Control Technology Engineering team requisition and development-engineering activities related to controls. Working closely with the functional managers, he/she will be a single point of contact for the team in [Location].
Essential Responsibilities
- He/She will drive the common initiatives like DMP, productivity, Quality, Lean six sigma across the all the teams and drive best practices sharing and leveraging opportunities.
- He/She will drive working with his team manager’s consistent processes for career development, IDP, Salary planning for his team.
- He/She will also be involved in support driving the DMP/innovation initiatives to inculcate a culture of creativity and innovation to fuel growth for the business. He/she will drive development and retention of talent, building a learning organization and own the Technical depth assessment of his/her team, create a team atmosphere, which encourages team members to contribute and develop to their full potential.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor/Masters in Engineering
- 4+ additional years of experience in Engineering
- Even though the position is posted as LPB, if suitable candidates with PB positions are available they may be considered as well.

- Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- PC proficiency.
