Description
To Coordinate and oversee all onsite operational aspects of the project, providing senior responsibility over the CPD&T Operations. To ensure that the operational activities are executed In line with the confirmed Customers program and to ensure that all QHSE and procedure issues are followed as per the documented project requirements.
Qualifications
Essential :
- Minimum 6 years experience working in a CPD&T type operational environment, on land or offshore activities.
- Familiarity with the oil and gas industry and at least one CPD&T service at time of recruitment.
- Ability to learn new skills and put them to use across CPD&T services.
- Familiarity with drilling rigs and or production platforms / land based production gathering stations.
- Must possess at least 3 years relevant experience in offshore or land operations ideally but not necessary should have been in a marketing and/or service support capacity
- High School Graduate
- Willingly accept CPD&T policy on mandatory cross training across CPD&T services.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Maintain good Written and Spoken English Skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
- Able to influence and persuade people
- Prepared to travel and work on overseas assignments.
- Willingness to work in areas not considered as an area of your expertise even if at a lower job grade level, in order to fill operational needs.
Preferred :
- Knowledge of other equipment, i.e. Drilling Rigs, Air Compressors, Process Control, Instrumentation, Computerized Data Acquisition Systems, Pipe and Pressure Vessels, etc.
- Post Secondary Education - Technical/University
- Additional Related Certification / Training Courses
- IWCF Well Control / IADC UB Well Control Certificates, etc
