Job Description:
[Company] ’s Medicine and Occupational Health department has an opening for an Occupational Health Nurse at its Baton Rouge, LA Medical Clinic. Suitable candidate will have BSN and preferably COHN. Ideally, applicants will have prior experience working in industry; travel health practice experience is also desirable. Applicants should have a current Louisiana nursing license or be eligible to obtain one.
Position entails:
- Occupational Surveillance (Audiometry, Drug/Alcohol Screening, Pulmonary Function Testing, Respirator Fit Testing, Vision Testing, ECG, Phlebotomy)
- Travel Medicine
- Occupational Case Management
- On-Site Emergency Response
- Use of Electronic Medical Data System
