Job description
- Develop the project monthly report format and the process to support.
- Develop the process to be used to produce the internal monthly report.
- Work with various Company contributors to develop their individual reports in a way that best supports the overall project and JV reporting needs.
- Work with other groups such as safety, planning, cost control, QA/QC, engineering, etc to verify accuracy of contractors’ input into the monthly report.
- Obtain data from individual projects monthly.
- Update report monthly.
- Coordinate data with overall JV monthly report.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
- A minimum of 8 years experience in projects/management reporting.
- Experience on large-scale oil/gas and petrochemical capital projects and/or operations
- Demonstrated strong skills in preparing management reports
- Demonstrated strong skills in preparing PowerPoint slide presentations
- Ability to work with out direct supervision
- Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment
