JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform warranty/consultancy surveys of transportation and installation operations
- Execute offshore installation projects
- Inspecting, analysing, producing and reviewing detailed reports
- Making recommendations and advising clients
- Travelling to vessels, jack-up and semi-submersible rigs, client locations overseas
- Liaising with 3rd party vendors
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
- Prepare written business correspondence and technical documentation that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective and professional
- Demonstrate skilled knowledge in analysing technical solutions and writing detailed technical specifications
- Value internal and external clients and respond to their needs as they arise
- Establish effective working relationships with clients and manage expectations effectively
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Class 1 Master Mariner (Unlimited)
- Offshore Oil & Gas industry exposure
- Proven record in within the marine sector
- Knowledge of tankers, AHTS, vessel inspections and experience of towing operations Superintendent/supervisory experience
