[Company] is embarking on a major opportunity to develop an LNG facility in Gladstone on Australia’s east coast in partnership with [Company]. The LNG development will enable [Company] to take coal seam gas to international gas markets. We currently produce about 25% of Australia’s coal seam gas (CSG) and reserves and production will continue to grow. [Company] is a major operator with 40,000 km2 of CSG acreage in Queensland and New South Wales.
This is an internal consultancy role that focuses on identifying opportunities, delivering results and brokering solutions. You will work closely with business customers and lead a project to understand the future GLNG field and operational employees’ capability needs, our current gaps and through conceptual thinking and develop ongoing our ongoing strategy to facilitate the development of employees and the external community to ensure GLNG have the right capabilities to run our major operations.
This is an excellent career opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual who can demonstrate significant past success in Senior HR or Training Professional or Operational Team Leader/Line Manager roles. Your strengths must include a passion for the achievement of quality outcomes; a highly developed ability to foresee, propose and enact enhancements to further development and training services; impeccable judgment and the ability to recognise the need to treat information sensitively.
Ideally, you will have relevant Tertiary qualification and/or specific and significant, relevant work experience and evidence of ongoing and recent professional development. You will work alongside other HR Professionals as part of a friendly and hardworking team. This position offers a genuine opportunity to further enhance and build your T&D capabilities.
