FIELD SUPERVISOR
The ideal candidate must have the following skills/qualities:
- Flushby or Service Rig Experience is necessary
- Downhole Knowledge is essential
- Review operation procedures to ensure correct Health and Safety action plans
- Responsible for the training and mentoring of Field Service Foremen and Technicians
- Responsible for the timely reporting of work-related accidents/incidents to HSE and Management
- Leadership and supervisor skills
- Strong understanding of equipment operations
