During the [Company] Finance Graduate Program you will undertake at least two different roles, in different parts of the Trinidad business. The type of work that you will be exposed to in your early years is likely to include some financial accounting, management accounting, business/commercial analysis including planning, economics and performance management and reporting and internal control reviews.
Key accountabilities will be determined when you join the programme.
Essential criteria & qualifications
- Citizen of Trinidad & Tobago or a resident who is legally permitted to accept employment in Trinidad & Tobago.
- No more than 2 years work experience.
- Degree in a closely related discipline with:
- A minimum of an upper second class honours OR
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 OR 4.0 out of 5.0 OR
- A post graduate degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0, or distinction.
- Skillful in the use of MS Office software (Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desirable criteria & qualifications
- Proven analytical thinking with an ability to quickly translate data into financial & commercial terms and the capacity to solve complex problems
- Ability to present ideas and represent them powerfully.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
