Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSCM) is the process by which [Company] purchases goods and services from the external marketplace with the aim of maximising value to the business. Successful career paths start broad, and usually move over time to concentrate on a specialist PSCM role. You will probably treat all career paths as possible options during your Challenge years.
