Key accountabilities
- Ensuring sales in terms of volumes and profits
- Building and managing customer relationship
- Preparing product and service offers for the Workshops
- Ensuring product and service delivery as per agreements with the workshops Maintaining and monitoring key metrics to evaluate customer satisfaction
- Tracking competitors and developing in-depth market intelligence and suggesting action plans
- Coordinating with cross functions like supply chain and finance
- Executing activation and marketing activities
Essential criteria & qualifications
Education/ Experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering/Technology. Candidates with MBA or deep understanding of workshop business will be preferred.
- Experience of 3-6 years in handling B2B customers will be required.
- Fluent in English
