They are showing no sign of uncertainty as a rapidly expending group has recently taken deliverly of 2 new rigs & joined their operation which certainly guarantees their ongoing success. With this latest merger, they are now moving forward with the next stage of its strategic growth.
The immediate focus is to secure an Senior Operations Geologist for their up coming drilling program in Queensland. Situated in central Queensland you will be reporting to the CEO and be responsible for supervising the rig site. The core aspects of this position revolve around: the coordination of the drilling programs, data management & to provide technical support to the Operations Manger.
The standout Operations Geologist would have a proven background in:
· Supervising drilling site for coal seem gas exploration / production
· Managing field data, coring logs and maintaining a safe work environment
· Gas Desorption, Geological mapping and mentoring other geologists
· Previous exposure in a Client or Operator environment is critical
· Bachelors degree in Geology or Earth Science with a minimum of 8 years experience
