Description:
Intern will assist in updating and completing functional competency based interview questions
Tasks include the following:
- Review the existing interview questions
- Match them to the revised competencies as appropriate
- Develop new competency-based interview questions to fill gaps
- Review with the subject matter experts to make appropriate changes
- Prepare the functional competencies to be uploaded into SuccessFactors and preparing the interview questions for inclusion into interview guides
Education and Experience:
- Human Resources or Business related degree in process.
- Experience with Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Demonstration of Independent thinking
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively; both orally and in writing
- Attention to detail and high quality of work
- Highly motivated and proven willingness to take initiative
- Ability to quickly adapt to change, prioritize tasks/projects and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to produce a quality work product
