Our client is a major, independent international service contractor to oil, gas and other process industries.
The services they provide are brownfield services including, project management, engineering, construction, growth.
As a result of their continued growth and success they now require the services of a Corporate Construction Manager for their [Location] office
The position requires a high calibre Construction Manager to oversee construction activities. Reporting to the General Manager the main responsibility is to provide technical expertise to successfully deliver projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Overall accountability for the execution of the construction and commissioning function.
· Responsibility and accountability for HSE, cost, schedule and quality of the construction execution
· Ensure construction requirements are realistically quantified and incorporated into the project budgets and planning system.
· Provide input into the monthly cost and weekly progress reports and review.
Skills/Qualification:
Familiar with project execution environment and working of EPC contracts, you will have significant experience in oil and gas construction management. Demonstrating strong leadership skills you will also have an appreciation of the complexities associated with offshore brownfield and greenfield construction.
