Job Description:
Provide support and set up with the following:
- Oracle HR 11i , OAB and Self Service; Discoverer report writing and administration; ADP PCPW; SQL; eTime
- Excellent Experience in Oracle HRMS Conversions including API’s, Inbound and Outbound Interfaces utilizing ANSI 834 format.
- Expertise in developing Oracle HR Reports, Forms Personalization, Custom Forms and PL/Sql Programs.
- Expertise in Oracle Date Track Mode concepts.
- Develop and design Discoverer reports using SQL query based folders for effective reporting from Oracle applications.
- Experience in Benefits Batch Participation, Certification and Eligibility Requirements Processes.
- Experience in Benefits Open enrollments processes.
- Experience in Benefits configuration.
- Experience with Oracle ADP Connection views.
- Experience with international localization requirements and set-up
Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge of ADP Payroll application.
- Working knowledge of eTime a plus
- Involved in various levels of testing for ADP Payroll, Oracle 11i HR, OAB and Self Service.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Metalink Pre patch analysis.
- Troubleshoot errors via PL/Sql Programs.
- 5+ years Oracle HR technical experience
Desired:
Experienced developing HRIT long term strategy utilizing Oracle modules and other 3rd party HR systems.
