- Recruiting
- Regulatory compliance
- Employee relations
- Performance management
- Compensation plan development & administration
- Succession planning
Requirements:
- Five to ten years Human Resources generalist experience, including areas listed above
- Must be willing to travel
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field a plus
