· Process Commissioning Services,

· Maintenance and Shutdown Services.
We require a well presented Office Administrator with a can do attitude to join the team based in [Location].
Reporting to the HR Manager, the main focus of the position is to administer office requirements and personnel logistics.
Main responsibilities include:
· Reception and switchboard duties
· Travel and accommodation bookings
· Catering and venue bookings
· General office administration
Job knowledge, skills and experience:
· Excellent attendance and time management
· Intermediate IT/Software skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Minimum 2 years office experience
· Completed Business/Tourism Cert III would be highly regarded.
