Job description
- The Engineering Manager shall be responsible for the whole detailed design effort and coordination of the company’s and/or Engineering Subcontractor’s discipline engineering professionals, and shall ensure that all designs comply with the requirements of the contract, and that all engineering Works are executed in accordance with the specifications and standards, HSE philosophies
- He/she must have sufficient cross-discipline technical knowledge and successfully manage the inter-discipline interfaces.
- Duties will include the management of the Engineering works and teams, preparation of scopes of work for subcontractors and selection of the subcontractors, preparation of basis of design for detailed engineering, monitoring and reviewing of works done, integration in the general scope of work, etc.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience including previous assignments on offshore oil and gas projects/facilities.
- Engineering degree holder
- The Engineering Manager must have a demonstrated track record leading a multi-discipline engineering design team for offshore oil and gas pipe line projects.
