Key accountabilities
Lead the offshore planning process on behalf of the Offshore Management Team, liaising with the Onshore Planning Team.
The role will be both demanding and challenging. It requires an Individual who has strong Interpersonal skill, is self motivated, able to work with minimum supervision, has a skill set that will enable and drive development and is capable of working within a team to deliver continuous improvements to the FPSO Offshore processes.
A full knowledge of Maintenance management principals and the development of planned maintenance programs is required.
- Provide HSE leadership to the maintenance team.
- Lead the offshore planning process.
- Development, mentoring and competency sign off of less experienced team members.
- Custodian of the offshore plan, provided the plan gate owners with the required information to highlight set-backs, SIMOPS issues or threats to the execution of the tasks.
- Act as part of the Control Room emergency response team.
- Preparation of the Maintenance KPIs.
- Work with the supervision team using ATS to track and manage the movement of personnel and the FPSO POB.
- Assist in implementation of the Offshore Technical Integrity strategy.
Essential criteria & qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Safe systems of Work including permit to work and risk assessment.
- Experience in maintenance management systems, sparing strategies.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Project and Primavera.
- Experienced in the development and delivery of planning systems.
- A through understanding of Maximo.
- Knowledge of the principals and application of Integrity management.
- 7 years experience in a planning role or function.
- Proven coaching skills with a track record of developing people.
Desirable criteria & qualifications
- Experience of major project operational readiness.
- Offshore Operations on a Floating, Production Storage & offloading installation.
- Working overseas in a multicultural environment
- Proficient in the use of Attendance tracker system.
