Essential Responsibilities
Position reports to Marketing Leader in Global Services Organization.
Main accountabilities will be:
- Continue to manage, prioritize and plan strategic actions coming out from continuous data analysis feeding the business for the right investment and moves.
- Define, analyze and cut the data/fleet info and develop the model to boost future business growth.
- Keep driving segmentation & deliver the right value proposition to our Customers increasing our penetration while developing new commercial offerings.
- Maintain and develop customers & competitors information trying to anticipate market changes.
- Work closely with the Sales team and the NPI team to target efficient and fast commercialization.
- Lead the 3 years strategic business plan by partnering with the P&Ls & Functions tracking actions and driving changes within the org.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Degree/Master qualification preferably an engineering discipline.
- Must have more than 5 years experience in a multinational company, with focus on analytics, 6 Sigma, marketing, business development and/or commercial subjects.
- Must have credible experience in gathering & interpreting financial information and/or six sigma black belt / master BB qualification
- Must be a self starter, able to work on its own initiative
- Must have excellent presentation skills
- Fluent spoken English essential, Italian would be a distinct advantage … as well as Arabic languages
- Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques, particularly those used in strategic analysis, forecasting, statistics and planning
- Good knowledge of Energy and/or Petroleum Market + Oil & Gas product portfolio
- Process mindset and analytical approach
