A unique opportunity has recently developed with one of Australia’s most innovative upstream energy organisations. With a key focus on the development of their extensive CSG (Coal Seam Gas) reserves, this company is well positioned for both local and international success.
With continued and controlled growth, our client is looking to appoint a highly motivated Hydrogeologist to their reputable and developing team of professionals.
As the new addition to the team, your responsibilities will include hydrogeological data analysis for groundwater flow estimation, resource evaluation and well field design. You will be involved in the technical review of conceptual hydrogeological models, designs and reports and supervise hydrogeological investigations.
As the successful candidate, your background and qualifications will include:
· Bachelor of Science majoring in Hydogeology or equivalent; Masters Degree in Hydrogeology will be looked upon favourably.
· 5 – 10 years experience as a Hydrogeologist within the resources sector, preferably gained with an operator.
· First-rate communication skills, both written and verbal.
