Role Summary/Purpose
  • HR generalist supporting for part of the manufacturing site. Employee population ~ 100.
  • Project manages key HR initiatives, e.g. Employee Survey data analysis, Engagement initiatives, OMLP program, etc.
  • Data gathering and analysis regarding HC, over time, Contractor data base, Salary planning, Reward and Recognition, etc.
 
Essential Responsibilities
  • Go to person for Senior Management, Finance and HQ HR team, as it relates to data gathering and analysis regarding headcount, overtime, Contractor data base, Salary planning, Reward and Recognition, etc
  • Project manages key HR initiatives, e.g. Employee Survey data analysis, Engagement initiatives, OMLP program, etc
  • Partner with operational manager(s) and their teams to develop & implement strategic HR initiatives to drive fulfillment excellence.
  • Lead key HR processes for these groups including staffing, org design, EMS & Session C, leadership & employee development, compensation planning, Leadership Coaching, & Performance Management.
  • Implement updated HR policies and processes relative to policies and local legislation. Provide guidance and leadership to the client managers regarding interpretation and compliance.
  • Strong focus on identification, selection, on-boarding and retention of world-class talent
  • Implement appropriate communication tools and systems to ensure effective flow of information. Implement [Company] HR tools, systems, and processes.
  • Go to person regarding all industrial relation issues.
 
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Degree qualified Human Resources, or equivalent through extended experience
  • Good knowledge of Italian labor and contract law
  • Strong in data gathering and analysis, able to use OHR, HR Analytics, Hiring Simplified etc
  • Minimum 2 years HR Generalist experience or related
  • Clear thinker able to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans, is decisive, and results-oriented
  • Courage tough-minded, savvy in client interactions, ability to effectively push back and challenge the status quo.
  • Strong written & oral communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and initiate, lead and manage change
  • Project management, facilitation and complex problem-solving skills, along with strong process skills.
  • High energy level, driven with positive enthusiasm & a pragmatic approach
 
Desired Characteristics
  • Extended experience in excel and OHR data management
  • Industrial relations experience
