Overview:
This position is in the Benefits Service Center handling inquires from [Company]employees and retirees on Company benefit plan issues. This is a temporary position and hours will vary on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is to handle incoming phone calls from employees and retirees in a call center environment. Work with the preparation for Annual Change, handling calls during the 2-week open phone period, and following up with eligibility issues leading up to January 1.
Qualifications:
Work Experience: Bachelors degree preferred; 10 years of relevant work experience in lieu of education
Computer Proficiencies: Familiarity with the SAP HR data base, Microsoft Word and Excel, and navigating the Internet
