Essential Responsibilities
- With a business leader mindset and with accountability in front of the senior management, drive the effort of the Company in answering to the progressive shift of the compressors market towards electric motor driven solutions (Electrification)
- In coordination with marketing, identify market needs, industry trends and competitive threats, in order to develop and lead the execution of a well-articulated and comprehensive Electrification business plan to drive the development of products that successfully sell in the market.
- In coordination with the relevant functions (Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, etc), allocate budget and resources in order to manage the product line vitality, multi generational product planning, new product development, cycle reduction and cost out actions in the Electrification space.
- In coordination with Commercial Operations and Sales, identify go to market strategies to effectively manage overall product line growth and profitability.
Qualifications/Requirements
- MS Degree with Electric Engineering background
- Minimum 5 years of Product Management and/or Marketing/Sales/Commercial Leadership Experience.
- Requires strong communication skills and cross functional breadth to provide strong leadership and direction to product teams.
- Strong analytical and statistical data-driven skills. Must be able to develop and present new product business cases, cost/benefit analysis, economic modeling, and resourcing plans.
- Must be able to energize teams at all levels of the organization and effectively balance multiple initiatives.
- Requires high energy, assertiveness, and self motivated individual to work in a fast paced environment with limited direction.
Desired Characteristics
- MBA
- Minimum 7 years Product Management and/or Marketing Leadership with a Technical Product Line would be a plus
- Experience in Electric Motor Application Engineering and/or Engineering equivalent
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
