We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Analyst; to be part of our CSG (Coal Seam Gas) Operations maintenance group.
The position is based in [Location] and reports directly to the CSG Maintenance Superintendent and will be responsible for:
· Defining the maintenance requirements for all equipment through RCM criticality analysis.
· Working with the Snr Maintenance Planner to develop job plans for all tasks that result from RCM analysis.
· Develop process data collection routes for all surveillance tasks resulting from RCM analysis and works with local operations management to assign these tasks to operations and maintenance personnel.
· Defines the spare parts procurement strategy for parts required to support all job plans.
· Sets up Predictive Maintenance routes that result from RCM analysis.
· Leading equipment criticality and risk assessments for the CSG operation.
· Monitoring and initiates improvement measures on equipment.
· Continuously communicate status of Plant Reliability issues to ‘key’ personnel across sites, e.g. Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager, Site Superintendents and Site Supervisors.
· Preparing and publishing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports focussed on measuring the health of the maintenance processes and process plant availability.
· Monitoring and incorporating best practices from within Origin and industry.
· Auditing how the maintenance process is working and guiding a response to audit actions.
· Capturing accurate data for input to the CMMS (Oracle eAMs).
· Being an active member of the team developing reliability focused maintenance plans and systems.
To be successful you will have well-established leadership capabilities, supported by significant experience in the maintenance of Oil & Gas production equipment. Suitably qualified, you will have had experience in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems and must have a good understanding of maintenance management principles and techniques.
