Job Description:
Responsible for managing the provision of facility condition assessment services for regional clients across the Western United States. Define, develop, and implement facility condition assessment plans, expert cost analysis and client management support. Manage and organize team members to undertake condition assessments and long term life cycle cost analysis, providing strategic advice to facility and client management. Responsible for resource planning and business development with financial control of each project, managing the business interests of [Company] in the Western region. May be assigned to various locations based out of [Company] headquarters in Ewing, New Jersey.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Surveying/Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, Construction Management or Construction Science, or equivalent foreign degree as determined by a written evaluation. Also requires five (5) years progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a construction project representative providing strategic facility consulting for multiple commercial and industrial construction projects with budgets in excess of US $5 million.
