Job Description:

  • As part of our global growth strategy to become the world’s leading infrastructure consultancy, we have opportunities for an experienced Lead Process Engineer.
  • As one of our Senior Process Engineers you will take a key role in delivering exceptional engineering design and consultancy advice.
  • You will join a multi-discipline team in Houston, where we are able to offer you a variety of challenging and unique projects.
 
Typical projects cover the entire Asset lifecycle, i.e.:
  • Field Development / Conceptual Design
  • Front-End Engineering Design
  • Detailed Design and Verification / Assurance
  • Commissioning
  • Debottlenecking / Brownfield Modifications and Upgrades
  • Operational Support / Troubleshooting

Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (Chemical/Process preferred);
  • Solid process engineering knowledge including process simulation tools, e.g. Hysys.
  • Minimum 8+ years experience in process design (ideally within upstream oil & gas environment, but other sectors considered).
  • Familiar with relevant codes, standards and the application of best engineering practice and procedures.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Execution and development of process engineering deliverables, e.g. PFD / P&ID development, equipment sizing, philosophy documents, operating procedures, study reports.
  • Provide process input and liaise with other disciplines where appropriate to deliver seamless multi-discipline engineering solutions to our clients.
  • Provide technical assurance and mentoring / supervision of more junior staff.
