Essential Responsibilities
- Work as a team with Sales Force, Commercial Operation and Application Engineers to identify new Gas Turbine opportunities, assist customers, prepare and discuss proposals up to signoff, including machine selection.
- Project hand-off to OTR team after orders
- Analyze gas turbines RFQ and define offer strategy in team work with [Company] in Florence and China
- Be responsible for GT proposals and scope of supply definition for mechanical drive and generator drive applications
- Be responsible for compliance to customer’s technical specifications
- Coordinate different [Company] Oil & Gas departments involved in the proposal preparation.
- Coordinate multi-functional team inside and outside O&G organization.
- Support to the definition of the proposal cost database
- Attend technical negotiation meetings with customers
Qualifications/Requirements
- Mechanical engineer with strong technical background and knowledge on gas turbines for mechanical drive and power generation applications
- Strong knowledge of gas turbine market in China
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Attitude to work in team
- Available to travel
- Good knowledge of computer software
