Role Summary/Purpose
- Being part of the dynamic Commercial Operations team, you will be engaged in the order management and fulfillment for our Rental Business.
- Responsible for reviewing the contracts and coordinate with the Fleet and Equipment team for timely order execution
- Responsible for timely submission of rental invoicing and closure of the contract.
Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible to create Sales Orders for all Purchase Orders (PO) / Contracts received and coordinate with Fleet and equipment team for execution. You would also be working closely with the Engineering group to meet customer design requirements.
Other responsibilities would include:
- Monitoring and updating Sales Oder with approved variation orders.
- Co-ordinating with internal and external customers and agents
- Notifying finance department to prepare invoice for equipments which are ready for delivery / collection
- Verifying invoice details for the Finance Department
- Being the 'Single Point Contact' for customers and internal stake holders for Fleet and Equipment Business
Qualifications/Requirements
- Candidate should posses a Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with minimum 3-5 years experience.
- Prior experience in Oil & Gas Fleet and Equipment ( Rental) business is a added advantage.
