Job Description:
- Responsible for the recruiting and related on-boarding processes for all positions within assigned business unit(s) and location(s).
- Develops a working knowledge of each business unit(s) supported.
- Frequently communicates with management to determine staffing needs, skills, competencies and attributes of successful candidate(s), and feedback of results.
- Acts as liaison with recruiting agencies. Monitors activity of recruiting activity and evaluates needs related to advertising strategies.
- Ensures compliance with Company requisitioning and position posting procedures.
Experience / Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. Work experience in lieu of degree will be considered. Three to five years successful recruiting experience is desired. Must possess strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Must be knowledgeable in laws regarding hiring and recruiting.
