Job Description:
- Responsible for day-to-day and strategic HR leadership at Houston Service Center.
- Manage HR support admin and lead in defining roles and responsibilities for position.
- Lead and implement critical strategic HR projects related to gas turbine repair services plant for 250 employees.
- Operate as critical interface with local union (IBEW) and develop and manage labor relations for 200 represented employees.
- Manage local human resources budget and ensure monies and resources are met within budget.
- Advise managers and employees on EEO, labor law, compensation, staffing process, employee relations activities as well as company policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve grievances and advise on disciplinary issues to management and employees.
- Coordinate and lead Performance Management Process (PMP) for site.
