Swift Oil and Gas is the leading supplier of manpower to the global Oil and Gas industry. We are actively seeking a Geological Advisor for our client, a global energy company, to work in their Houston office.
Description:
- Technical/Business Knowledge
- Screen exploration opportunities
- Structural Geology
- Tectonic Settings
- Seismic Interpretation/ Seismic Facies/ Seismic Stratigraphic analysis
- Resource and Risk Estimation
- Reservoir quality and petrophysics
- Must be able to generate high quality prospect maps
- Solid exploration in one or two of the following areas: Middle East, Africa, Australia, South America, Asia
Qualifications:
- 15 years of related Geoscience experience in the Oil and Gas Exploration and Production industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Geophysics. Masters preferred
