Job Description:
Responsible for day-to-day interface with selected “key” client(s) to sell contract staffing services.
This includes:
- Client liaison and interface
- Develop rapport/relationships with functional hiring managers
- Manage candidate submittal process (including commercial)
- Work order execution/management
- Monitor and report on both customer and employee satisfaction
- Performance monitoring and metrics (KPI’s)
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of international employment conditions (Africa, Asia, etc.)
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited local support
Education:
University degree or equivalent with a Human Resources/Personnel or Business Administration specialization preferred, but not mandatory.
Other:
5+ years of proven business development experience in the sales of technical services preferably in the oil and gas industry. Previous experience calling upon the majors (ConocoPhillips, ExxonMobil, BP, etc.) desirable.
