Based in the heart of [Location], your primary responsibilities will include:
· Assist in the quantitative appraisals of CSG prospects including saturation, permeability, composition, desorption and reservoir characteristics
· Data base management of well data, geophysical logs, seismic surveys and surface mapping
· Liaison with field geologists, drilling contractors and company representatives
· Cost scheduling and project planning
· Interpretation and management of data including the analysis of existing
To be considered for this opportunity, your background and qualifications will include:
· Tertiary qualifications in Geology or Earth Science (Hons or MSc is desirable)
· 2+ years relevant experience working within a similar capacity
· Strong communication skills and familiarity with relevant interpretation software
· Exploration experience gained in the oil & gas sector (CSG exposure will be looked upon favourably)
· Proactive problem solver who displays enthusiasm and highly developed interpersonal skills
