You will be able to demonstrate experience gained in an Organisation/ Project where Employee Relations is high on the agenda. We are looking to hire a professional who has a strong blend of technical Employee Relations knowledge and a pragmatic approach to solving business issues, ideally gained within a unionised site on a Multi Billion Dollar Project.
The Successful Candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
· Technical Experience (Employment law and Industrial Relations)
· Influencing
· Stakeholder Management
· Negotiation
· Project Management
· Leadership
