Role synopsis
Please beware that this post is open for candidates possessing Azerbaijani citizenship only.
Creation and maintaining of long-term, short-term, shutdown plannings and controlling of KPI’s.
Key accountabilities
• Develop detailed short-term work schedules integrating maintenance, operations and project activities as well as any 3rd party and material constraints.
• Develop and maintain rolling quarterly schedules of work. These plans will typically include PM and inspection schedules, major repairs, campaign maintenance, IFP opportunities and work requiring long lead materials.
• Develop and maintain high-level 12 – 18 month plans. These plans will typically include major machinery overhauls, pipeline and facilities inspection schedules, project work and other items that may require plant outages. This should be front runner to extending these plans to cover 2> 3 years look ahead
• Develop Shutdown Plan
• Work closely with the Integrated Field Planning (IFP) Team to identify opportunities and coordinate activities on the BU wide integrated plan.
• Work in liaison with Engineering support staff to develop work plans for jobs with the necessary information to allow efficient scheduling, assignment and execution of work associated with Onshore Pipelines AZ.
• Work closely with Site Maintenance and Operations supervisors to ensure all work is progressed appropriate to the operational criticality in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure KPI’s are provided and communicated in a timely manner and that areas of improvement are identified and actions are put in place.
• Share improvements and lessons learned with peers across the BU.
• Compare estimates against actual time for work orders and refine as required.
• Create detailed plans for larger packages of work using MS Project software. Tracking progress and recommending appropriate corrective action on any deviation to plan.
Essential criteria & qualifications
• Azerbaijani citizenship
• University degree
• Minimum 2 years experience in data management.
• Excellent knowledge of Maximo system, including Job Plans, Routes, equipment, material control.
• Good knowledge of MS Project software
• Strong knowledge of Maximo MSP Desktop
Desirable criteria & qualifications
• Ability of developing long-term planning
• Experience in working with Accruals and Invoices
• English language knowledge
• Good knowledge and experience of working with Business objects and Bi-cycle systems
