Description:
The Fracturing Services Field Training Coordinator will be in charge of the development of training and course content, coordinating the development of training aids, developing and conducting training.
This individual will be solely responsible for the creation and maintenance of training material for our Fracturing Service line. The Fracturing Services Field Training Coordinator will report to the Canadian Training Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with managers, instructors, or customer representatives to determine technical training needs.
- Assigns instructors to conduct technical training.
- Schedules classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment, and instructors.
- Evaluates technical training packages including outline, text, and handouts written by instructors.
- Arranges in-service or out-service training classes for instructors to learn new skills as needed.
- Develops and conducts technical hands-on training programs, located at our [Employer] Professional Park.
- Periodic field travel is required to determine training needs.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years experience in Fracturing Services with a portion of this time in a supervisory role.
- Extensive working knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
- Must work in an organized manner, with the ability to handle multiple detailed tasks with tight deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
- Strong team building skills are also mandatory as the candidate may be required to supervise peers on an as needed basis.
