Job Profile:
 
As a member of the Human Resource Department (HR), the Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting HR applications, processes, and projects.  The Senior HRIS Analyst will be the primary support point for PeopleSoft within the department.  This role is also responsible for training and guiding the HR Operations team members in effective and consistent application of operational practices.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform functional consulting with HR and other stakeholders. Interact with HR and other departments to understand current and future demands.
  • Act as a Functional Expert and Power User to the organization in PeopleSoft.
  • Demonstrate ability to pay persistent attention to detail, while maintaining an overall view of the situation and the "big picture".
  • Ensure documentation is current on all new and existing HR applications and processes.
  • Load, manipulate, audit, and report on data in [Employer] HR systems, and make complex mass changes, conversions, or other direct data updates to HR data.
  • Establish and monitor processes to assess the quality of HR data and monitor the use of HR data throughout the organization.
  • Propose, document, and implement new or revised processes to improve data integrity and promote the consistent use of HR data.
  • Act as an escalation point for end-users who are experiencing difficulties in using these systems.
  • Research and identify the root causes for problems and own their resolution.
  • Provide frequent and clear communications regarding the status of initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed of changes and work that is in progress.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications:
 
  • Must have significant experience in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Application, especially the following modules:
  • Core Human Resources and North America Payroll.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft HR functionalities and modules.
  • Knowledge or experience of OpenText Livelink 9.7 or similar Content Management Systems.
  • Broad experience with multiple HR systems
  • Strong knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources and payroll functions.
  • Ability to work independently and excel in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to the USA, particularly Denver, CO, 25% to 50% of time
