Essential Responsibilities
- Receiving visitors at reception.
- Answering telephone calls.
- Filing & scanning- sales order / purchase orders / rental reports.
- Purchase order data entry, control and manage open purchase orders through to closure.
- Daily incoming & outgoing mail
- Ordering stationery and maintain stock level
- Assisting the customer support coordinators on a daily basis
- Ordering spares for future work programs
Qualifications/Requirements
- MS Office literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Methodical attitude to work activities
- Ability to work under instruction and using own initiative
- Able to work within a small team
