Primary Accountability:
- Conduct indepth analysis and forecasting of various economic and market indicators, including industry/competitive environment, products and pricing, sourcing and material pricing, etc.
- Present research and recommendations to management as required.
Key Position Functions:
- Identify reliable economic and market data sources.
- Research and analyze data related to key business drivers.
- Develop forecasting models in support of specified business decisions.
- Present findings and make recommendations as required.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration
- Previous experience in sourcing and analyzing market data.
- Experience with developing forecasts and presenting information to management.
- Familiarity with the oil and gas industry is an asset.
- Superior research, analysis, and forecasting skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and computer applications in support of analysis and forecasting.
