Our Client, a global expert in energy exploration and production, is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join one of their growing project teams. In this position, the Contracts Administrator will be required to assist and administer the project’s central contracts and purchase orders to be shared among the other project teams.
Working within the contracts and procurement business functions, you will be instrumental in coordinating with project Engineering and Construction Managers to develop and implement equipment, material, and services sourcing alternatives, strategies and tactics. You will also be assisting the contracts and procurement groups in maximizing commercial opportunities in support of the project’s business drivers.
As the Contracts Administrator, you will be required to input data into the projects system. Another vital part of this role is to monitor project contracting and procurement schedules, as well as keeping project procedures and documents up to date.
