Job Description:

Manage an inside sales team of six Customer Service Representatives at an elastomer manufacturing and distribution plant. Facility has experienced strong annual growth of nearly 20% for each of the past four years and expects more moderate growth of between 5% and 10% for the foreseeable future. The CS team is stable and may be required to grow in concert with continued business expansion. Facility supports spare parts requirements for a global oilfield services company. The CS Manager is a high visibility position within the organization and interfaces closely with all functions of the plant on a daily basis.

Job Requirements/ Qualifications:

We need a sharp person for this critical spot on our Management team. To qualify, you’ll need a proven track record including at least 5 years experience in:

• Successfully building and managing an inside sales team
• Developing and managing performance metrics and objective measurements
• Motivating and coaching individual sales representatives
• Engage, empower, motivate and reward customer service staff to achieve exceptional results.
• Coordinating integrated customer contract sales campaigns with field sales and marketing
• Quickly assessing and developing new business opportunities
• History of success in engaging customer executives over the phone
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Service/Solution selling experience is preferred

The position requires a Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent prior related experience required. This position also requires an upbeat, energetic, and experienced professional manager, possessing excellent motivational, organizational and people management skills.
