Position Description
[Company] Petroleum Corporation is one of the world's largest independent oil and gas exploration and production companies, with corporate offices in The Woodlands, Texas. [Company] 's mission is to deliver a competitive and sustainable rate of return to Shareholders by developing, acquiring and exploring for oil and gas resources vital to the world's health and welfare.
Qualifications:
5-7 years HR generalist experience at a senior generalist level (or HR business partner), 3-5 years related learning and organizational development experience preferred
Proven track record of program development and implementation, including project management skills
Experience working with e-learning and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Training and team facilitation experience and skills
Advanced MS Office skills; Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint required; HRIS experience highly preferred
Ability to produce timely deliverables and manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently, navigate and maintain productivity in a matrix environment
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required
Demonstrable strategic thinking, influencing, problem solving and decision making skills
Strong customer service orientation, a team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships
Responsibilities:
Develops and conducts training and OD programs for development of staff, management and leadership
Works with business partners to plan and implement company-wide initiatives relating to talent development
Implement a learning management system
Designs and implements appropriate metrics to measure and monitor training/OD and performance management programs/initiatives
Facilitate the 360 Feedback process
Additional responsibilities are developing organizational assessments, interventions, team building processes and performance management
Education:
BS/BA in Human Resources or a related field required
Grade and salary will be commensurate with relevant education and experience.
Certifications/Licenses:
PHR or SPHR certification preferred
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance Certification (CPLP)preferred
Relocation:
This position is not eligible for domestic or international relocation.
Travel Requirements:
The percentage of travel required for this position is up to 25%
Work Schedule:
This position is eligible for the 9/80 work schedule.
