Job Description:
Provide subject matter expertise relating to [Company] Global Procurement systems. In conjunction with [Company] IT, assist in the definition of Procurement's IT vision including functional requirements and solution descriptions. In collaboration with [Company] IT, assess new technologies, industry trends, product evaluations and competitive analysis. Where necessary, provide business leadership and/or representation on systems projects related to the Procurement IT vision.
Primary Job Functions:
Ensure requirements are met by working with [Company] IT, Process Owners, Controls Network and Clients.
Work may involve, among other tasks, business case development, business requirements definitions, risk assessment and controls catalog development, change management planning, testing and implementation.
Job Requirements:
B.S. degree in Procurement or Systems related field or equivalent work experience
Willing to travel internationally; flexible and adaptable to various working and living conditions
Demonstrated work experience in procurement purchase-to-pay processes and related systems
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders
Proficiency in the use of computers and possesses excellent administrative and organizational competencies
Proven ability to manage short deadlines
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong analytical and communication skills
Strong project management skills / experience
