Work Tasks and areas of responsibility:
- Work alongside Finance Manager on the monthly and annual closing of accounts.
- Coordinate and assure quality in monthly reports from business units.
- Ensure abidance to rules and regulations related to accounting and tax standards.
- Continued development of accounting procedures.
- Coordinate and assure the quality of company budgeting process.
- Maintain working relationships with shared services at group level within the areas of accounting, salary and travel.
- Communication with external parties, including company auditor.
Education and Experience:
- Educated at university-level, preferably within accounting or auditing.
- Solid accounting experience, ideally in an international accounting or auditing organisation.
- Project experience is advantageous.
- Experience with working with systems such as SAP and Hyperion.
- Spoken and written language abilities in Norwegian and English.

- Flexible and with the ability to influence, adapt and challenge clients and cultures.
- Personal integrity; balance internal and external demands efficiently.
- Action-oriented; an initiator and effective decision-maker.
- Social sensitivity; the ability to relate and cooperate well with colleagues and teams in a respectful manner.
