The main responsibility of this role is to take responsibility for the day to day execution of a Project.
- Major project Leader for buzzard produced water and sand handling upgrade.
- Brownfield
- Front end through to completion
- Strong leadership
- Strong technical knowledge of process systems
- Would suit experienced project engineer or project manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- To understand strategic aspect of the project in order to implement optimum approach.
- Responsible for the delivery of cost estimates and schedule to client as part of the work approval process
- Responsible for the execution of work according to the agreed schedule and budgets
- Satisfactory delivery of the Contract KPI’s as appropriate to allocated work
- To be responsible for updating plans, schedules and progress reports.
- To take day to day responsibility for execution of the project.
- To liaise with the Client Representative.
- To ensure the Project is adequately resourced and to identify additional requirements for action by the Project Manager.
- To co-ordinate the efforts of all discipline engineers involved in the Project.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level
- Chartered or Incorporated Engineer.
Specific Training / Specialist Skills
- In depth understanding of the Offshore Oil and Gas industry.
- Demonstrable technical expertise and understanding of all engineering disciplines.
Experience
- Demonstrable relevant professional and engineering experience within the offshore oil and gas industry.
- Previous experience in a Project or Senior Project Engineering role.
Personal Skills
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Self motivated and results driven.
