Our client is a major, independent international service contractor to oil, gas and other process industries. The client provides brownfield services including, project management, engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance.
With a 25 year operational history showing consistent growth. We are currently searching for a Corporate Quality Manager for our Aust operations.
Key Attributes and Responsibilities:
· Ensure compliance with the requirements of approved Quality Assurance standards
· Liaise with external agencies, parent company and other relevant bodies on quality matters.
· Participate with senior management in determining project quality requirements.
· Develop and maintain a system of quality programmes, plans and procedures.
· Ensure that the quality audit cycle conforms with the project audit schedule and relevant procedures.
· Ensure that all the requirements of the quality programme and project quality plan are implemented and maintained.
· Conduct quality reviews of project procedures.
· Provide Project Managers with manpower estimates for the effective implementation of project quality assurance activities.
· Monitor and control the flow of corrective action programmes issued during quality assurance audits.
With experience in a similar role you will have relevant qualifications and demonstrate strong leadership and management and ability. Working at a senior management level you will be able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels. Experience in the engineering or construction industry is highly desirable.
