Production Operator - Red Earth Plant
Our Swan Hills district has an excellent opportunity for a Production Operator at our Red Earth Plant. This is a camp position in northern Alberta, working a shift of typically 8 days on and 6 days off.
Responsibilities:
- Safe and efficient operation of field activities associated with oil and gas production
- Optimize and trouble shoot daily well production
- Work with Maintenance and other departments within Devon to maintain efficient operations
- Daily input and balancing of data into PVR
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Previous experience in oilfield & gas compression an asset
- Good operating skills with a good understanding in oil and/or gas production
- Demonstrates initiative
- A team player
- Able to accept responsibility
- Has good problem solving and decision-making skills, and communicates clearly
