Job Description:
- This position will be responsible for all Plant Planning, Purchasing, Receiving, Warehousing, and Shipping functions associated with manufacturing, testing, and selling oil and gas products.
- Planning requirements for Manufacturing, and Purchased parts from incoming order inquiries.
- Ordering Manufacturing, and Purchased parts from Manufacturing shop as well as the vendor community.
- Maintaining and reporting monthly: On–Time Delivery, Purchase Price Variance, Backlog, Monthly Shipment revenue, among other reports, Monitoring, Managing and reporting weekly production meetings.
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels to 4 turns.
- Setting up consignment inventory and purchase agreements to reduce cost and lower inventory levels while working within established guidelines.
- Monitor and manage past due backlog level to 10% or less than monthly average of annual shipment level.
Job Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Four year degree required and APICS professional certification strongly desired with 7-10 years oilfield experience.
- Good computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP (R3),Must be organized, able to work independently and make decisions with & without direction and with & without close supervision.
- Self motivated with good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
